These are different things. We never describe modelled conservation as verified.

Avoided energy use that has been observed and checked. Public scenarios on this site do not produce verified conservation.
Verification, when it exists, sits on shared measurement infrastructure. This product application does not duplicate that core. Until verification exists, treat every saving figure as modelled.
